I am happy to present Soren McClure as a Mayville Student of the Month. Soren has proven himself to be an outstanding student. He has grown and matured greatly during his time here in Mayville. He has become an outstanding role model to other students and follows the CATS expectations.

Soren is the son of Matt McClure, Heather Hughes and Steve Shaffer. He has 2 older brothers, Odin and Colton, an older sister, Mackenzie, a younger brother, Asher, and a younger sister, Kaylee.

His favorite subjects in school are math, science and social studies. He likes math because “it’s really fun to learn it.” He likes science and social studies because it’s “super duper fun to learn about the world.”

In his free time, Soren loves to play different sports. These include, football, basketball, soccer, and wiffle ball.

It has been an honor to watch Soren grow and develop into an amazing young man this year. Keep up the great work Soren, you will do great things. Congratulations on earning the privilege of being one of our school’s students of the month.
