I am pleased to announce that I have chosen Aspen Howell as one of my Students of the Month for the month of January. Aspen is the daughter of Sherry Maciejewski and Tim Howell. Aspen has 3 sisters, Aurelia, Sara and Callie, and 5 brothers, Steven, William, Sean, JJ, and Leland. She also has 2 cats and 5 dogs. 

Aspen is very sweet and kind to everyone. She works hard in class and gets her work done on time. Aspen raises her hand in class and actively participates in classroom discussions. Aspen has a great attitude and comes to school ready to learn! Aspen follows school rules and does an exemplary job of meeting all of our CATS expectations. She chooses wisely, acts responsibly, treats others with respect, and stays safe! 

Aspen’s favorite subject in school is math. She says it is sometimes easy but sometimes hard and she likes that. She is great at it! When she grows up she would like to be a teacher. 

Outside of school, Aspen likes to watch TV, play with toys and her blue and pink slime, and play with Leland outside. Her favorite color is pink. Her favorite food is spaghetti. 

I thoroughly enjoy having Aspen in class and I can’t wait to see what she will accomplish in the future. I know she will do great things!
